On this episode of Dead Hand Radio, ST and I talk about his experiences as a child of the 70s, growing up during the cold war and what that was like living in Australia.

We also talk about his writing and how it was influenced by events that he experienced during the cold war such as the Vietnam war, the destruction of the Berlin wall and the reunification of Germany and ultimately the collapse of the Soviet Union.

It’s an interesting journey inside the mind of a post-apocalyptic writer and I hope you enjoy this episode.
